The board of directors of the Al Mada Group announced on Friday, January 16, 2026, the appointment of Noufissa Kessar as the new Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately, succeeding the late Hassan Ouryakli.

Noufissa Kessar’s Professional Journey
The choice of Noufissa Kessar reflects the Al Mada Group’s commitment to innovation, sustainable development, and operational excellence.
With significant experience within the group, she began her career at the Commercial Bank of the Group before joining Al Mada holding as Deputy CEO, actively contributing to strategic projects and the company’s development.
A graduate of the École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL), Noufissa Kessar was also instrumental in founding the Commercial Finance Group and currently serves on the boards of several subsidiaries of the group.
