ALTEN Morocco Unveils Its 2024-2025 Internship Campaign
Staying true to its tradition of supporting young talent, ALTEN Morocco has officially launched its internship campaign for 2024-2025, continuing the success of previous editions. Last year, over 300 interns were welcomed, highlighting ALTEN’s commitment to enhancing local skills. This program provides students with the opportunity to gain valuable first professional experiences in key sectors such as automotive, IT, aeronautics, and railways.
Internship and Work-Study Program
For this new campaign, ALTEN Morocco plans to continue its internship scheme, with an improved distribution between end-of-study internships (PFE) and work-study programs. This reinforces ALTEN’s role in developing the skills of Moroccan engineers. Interns will benefit from an immersive learning experience, focused on real projects and supervised by industry experts. Recruitment opportunities for permanent contracts will be offered to the top talents at the conclusion of their internships.
ALTEN Morocco is also advancing its work-study program. In 2024, 38 students from ENSAM Rabat and 14 from the International University of Rabat successfully completed their training. The program at FST of Fez will continue until 2025, reaching 38 new work-study students and launching a second edition with 56 participants. A strategic partnership with Abdelmalek Essaadi University is also in the works to integrate 56 work-study students in areas such as industrial logistics and mechatronics.
ALTEN Bridge: A Flagship Event for Tomorrow’s Engineers
Before the official launch of the internship campaign, ALTEN Morocco organizes “ALTEN Bridge,” a school tour that attracts more than 2,000 students from various engineering schools across Morocco each year. This event includes technical seminars, orientation sessions, and exchanges with professionals, allowing students to discover the opportunities offered by ALTEN.
The third edition of ALTEN Bridge, held from October 7 to 14, 2024, involved 14 experts from ALTEN Morocco and 17 collaborators, conducting over 20 seminars at 8 major engineering schools in 6 Moroccan cities. This commitment underscores ALTEN’s intention to remain at the forefront of technological advancements while strengthening ties with academic institutions.
Hajar Bououd, Human Resources Director of ALTEN Morocco, stated: “We firmly believe that the integration of young talent into the job market relies on close collaboration between higher education institutions and businesses. ALTEN Bridge reflects our commitment to creating a strong bridge between these two worlds.”
With ALTEN Bridge and the 2024-2025 internship campaign, ALTEN Morocco continues to assert its key role in developing the skills of Moroccan engineers, providing young talent with the necessary tools to succeed in a constantly evolving technological landscape.
