Arbitration: Five Officials Suspended After the Raja–Ittihad Tanger Match

The National Technical Direction of Refereeing announced on Tuesday the suspension of five referees following the match between Raja Club Athletic and Ittihad Tanger, which was part of the 13th matchday of the professional national league “Botola Inwi.”
Sanctions Varying by Responsibilities
In a statement published on the official website of the Royal Moroccan Football Federation, the Direction specified that the central referee, Noufel Nachit, has been suspended for five matches. The video assistant referee (VAR), Abdelrahim Rkhiz, received a suspension of four matches.
Other Suspensions Within the Referee Corps
The disciplinary decisions also apply to VAR assistant referee Bouazza Ikn, assistant referee number one, Abdelrazak Al-Moutamani, and assistant referee number two, Mustapha Abikhar, each of whom has been suspended for three matches.

The National Technical Direction of Refereeing emphasized that these measures are part of its commitment to ensuring the proper application of the laws of the game and to reinforcing the principles of transparency and integrity in the management of national competitions.

For the record, Raja Club Athletic won against Ittihad Tanger with a score of two goals to zero in the match held last Sunday.
