Concurrently, the average water consumption per employee has significantly decreased, reflecting a rigorous management of resources.
The company has also made significant strides toward adopting renewable energy, installing solar panels at key sites such as Kenitra and Techno 2. This initiative aims to cover a considerable portion of its energy needs through solar power, as part of its efforts to gradually reduce its carbon footprint.
Furthermore, AXA Services Maroc has strengthened its waste management policy, sorting and recycling large quantities, with a collective commitment from its teams to cultivate a genuine culture of sustainability.
