CAN 2025: Fan Zones in Airports

In preparation for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations, the National Airports Office (ONDA) has created Fan Zones in several airports to enable travelers and transit passengers to watch the matches live.

Fan Zones at the Heart of Airports

ONDA has established football-dedicated spaces within the airports, allowing passengers to fully engage with the matches of CAN 2025, experience the thrill of every goal, and share in the festive atmosphere of the competition, even far from the stadiums.

According to the office, this initiative integrates the excitement and passion of football into the traveler’s journey, transforming their time at the airport into an immersive, friendly, and memorable experience.

An Initiative in Line with the “Welcome Football, Welcome Fans” Campaign

These Fan Zones are part of the “Welcome Football, Welcome Fans” campaign, reflecting ONDA’s desire, in coordination with the Local Organizing Committee and the African Football Confederation (CAF), to make Moroccan airports genuine hubs of hospitality and entertainment.

Supporting a Major Continental Event

Through this initiative, ONDA aims to support a significant sporting event on both a national and international scale while enhancing its infrastructure and strengthening Morocco’s image as a host nation for major sporting events.
