Council of Government Meeting on Thursday
Government Council Meeting: A Government Council will be held on Thursday, presided over by Prime Minister Aziz Akhannouch, according to a statement from his department.
At the outset of its deliberations, the Council will examine a bill concerning the regulation of the Adoul profession. Subsequently, it will review two draft decrees, the first relating to marine aquaculture farms, while the second amends the decree implementing the value-added tax (VAT) outlined in Chapter III of the General Tax Code.
The Council will continue its work by discussing the agreement signed on June 17, 2025, between the Kingdom of Morocco and the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia in the field of military cooperation, as well as the draft law approving said agreement.
The Council will conclude its activities by reviewing proposals for appointments to senior positions in accordance with Article 92 of the Constitution.
