The evening, hosted by journalist Rachid Mbarki, provided an opportunity to highlight the winners of the Sales Academy, a flagship initiative by Evernex dedicated to improving youth employability.
Since its establishment in 2013, Evernex Morocco has built a growth model based on operational excellence and training local talent. Over the past decade, more than 200 young Moroccans have undergone advanced training and accessed international job opportunities. Mounsef Ben Haddouch, General Director of Evernex Africa, emphasized, “95% of our employees are under 35 years old. The Moroccan youth is our greatest strength,” highlighting the company’s commitment to the sustainable development of human capital.
Present in 165 countries, Evernex has made Morocco a strategic pillar in Africa, with subsidiaries in six other countries on the continent and a technical office network covering the entire region.

Evernex Morocco has successfully diversified its activities by targeting key sectors such as telecommunications, banking, industry, and defense. In 2025, the company will take another step forward by opening its shared services center, which will serve as a growth lever to meet international needs in areas such as the Digital Factory, Help Desk support, and logistics.
Financial results reflect Evernex’s robust growth. The group reports a global revenue of $300 million, with 75 million dirhams generated in Morocco. With 84 employees and over 200 clients, the company boasts a customer satisfaction rate of 97%, while maintaining a stock of 6,000 spare parts to ensure optimal responsiveness.
