Opening of the LOGIPARC 2 Industrial and Logistics Park

On Tuesday, April 7, 2026, the Minister of Transport and Logistics, Abdessamad Kayouh, inaugurated the state-of-the-art industrial and logistics park “LOGIPARC 2” in Bouskoura, located in the Casablanca-Settat region. This strategic project, requiring an investment of over 200 million dirhams, aligns with the national initiative to enhance the logistics sector.

Logistics: A Catalyst for Economic Competitiveness

In his address, Abdessamad Kayouh emphasized that the logistics sector is a vital pillar for strengthening the competitiveness of the national economy. He highlighted ongoing efforts aimed at developing this sector and improving its performance, particularly through the implementation of the national logistics competitiveness strategy.

Development of a National Network of Logistics Zones

This strategy has mobilized hundreds of hectares of logistics zones across the Kingdom, which are currently under development. The goal is to establish an integrated national network capable of supporting the growing needs of the economy and facilitating both domestic and international trade flows.

Zenata–Nouaceur Logistics Corridor Under Construction

The minister also discussed the Zenata–Nouaceur logistics corridor, which aims to connect the northern and southern parts of Casablanca. Construction on the Oulad Saleh logistics zone is ongoing and expected to be completed by summer 2026, while work on the integrated logistics and industrial platform in Zenata has already commenced.

A Tool for Enhancing Economic Resilience

Abdessamad Kayouh remarked that the establishment of modern and flexible logistics infrastructures enables the Kingdom to better address global challenges, particularly price volatility and disruptions in supply chains. These projects also contribute to reinforcing Morocco’s position as a regional and continental hub, connecting African and European markets.

LOGIPARC 2: A Modern and Flexible Industrial Park

Developed by LOGIPARC, the “LOGIPARC 2” project is a modern industrial and logistics park designed to offer rental spaces for both Moroccan and international companies. Spanning 5.5 hectares, the site provides approximately 25,000 square meters of covered space divided into 23 modular units, thus offering considerable flexibility to economic operators.

An Inauguration Ceremony with Regional Leaders

The inauguration ceremony was attended by several officials, including the Wali of the Casablanca-Settat region, Mohamed Mhidia, as well as provincial authorities and the Director General of the Moroccan Logistics Development Agency (AMDL).

This project exemplifies the Kingdom’s commitment to modernizing its logistics infrastructure while fostering sustainable and inclusive economic development.
