inDrive is Committed to GITEX Africa with an Ambitious Vision for the Future of Mobility and Human Resources in Morocco

inDrive, a global leader in mobility and urban services, has made its mark with a third consecutive appearance at GITEX Africa. This reiterates its strong commitment to the region and solidifies its position as a leader in on-demand transport in Morocco, while establishing itself as one of the key operators in the MENA region. This presence provided the company with an opportunity to highlight its role as a catalyst for transforming the mobility landscape across Africa and the Middle East.
Through two significant panel discussions, inDrive reasserted its commitment to innovation, advocacy for equality, and its growing international reach.
The first discussion, titled "Digitalizing the Equality Equation," shed light on the persistent structural inequalities in key areas such as economic empowerment, education, health, and employment. Represented by Egor Fedorov, Chief Impact Officer, inDrive demonstrated how technology can become an enabler of inclusion. The company offers a platform where drivers and passengers can freely negotiate fares, improving access to mobility and supporting underserved communities. During his address, Egor Fedorov emphasized the importance of businesses playing an active role in economic empowerment, clarifying that inDrive is taking concrete actions by investing in technology in emerging markets, supporting women entrepreneurs, and initiating educational programs in multiple regions worldwide.
The second panel, titled "Beyond the Ride – The Future of Mobility," featured Ilya Gusakov, Senior Director for the EMEA and LATAM regions. He shared his vision for the evolution of the industry, characterized by profound digital transformation. In his remarks, he highlighted inDrive’s ability to drive meaningful change in regions such as North Africa and Latin America, adopting a human-centered approach tailored to local specifics. He also discussed the company’s strategic ambition: to evolve inDrive into a super-app for fair services that meets the new demands of users in emerging markets.
Maksim Osipov, Regional Business Development Manager for the MENA & CIS region, stated: “As a leading platform in Morocco and the MENA region, inDrive is experiencing rapid growth—not just in volume, but also in impact. Our ambition is to become a company truly rooted in each market we operate in, designing solutions that align with the realities of each community. GITEX Africa represents a strategic opportunity for us to engage with industry leaders and initiate mutually beneficial partnerships. Being a leader means not only holding a dominant position: it embodies a clear commitment, based on equity, vision, and a desire to sustainably transform mobility.”
These discussions allowed inDrive to illustrate how its business model and values contribute to tangible change, staying true to its primary mission: to reinvent mobility and ensure equitable opportunities for both drivers and passengers worldwide.
inDrive’s model stands out in the on-demand transport sector with its distinctly innovative approach: users can negotiate the price of their ride directly with the driver, providing the service with flexibility, transparency, and accessibility. This unique positioning has resonated strongly in regions where traditional transport solutions struggle to place users at the center of the system.
