Kuwait International Airport has reportedly been the target of multiple drone attacks, according to the General Directorate of Civil Aviation of Kuwait. Fortunately, no injuries have been reported, with damages confined to material losses.

According to the authority’s spokesperson, Abdullah Al-Rajhi, the attacks caused significant damage to the airport’s radar system. Emergency teams and relevant authorities promptly intervened to assess the situation and restore the airport’s full operational capabilities as quickly as possible.

The authority emphasized its vigilance and its commitment to coordinating actions with all concerned parties to ensure the safety of civil aviation in Kuwait.

Since February 28, Kuwait, like several other Arab nations, has been experiencing repeated missile and drone attacks amid ongoing tensions and conflict in the Middle East.
