Launch of “blassty,” Morocco’s First Multimodal Mobility App

Introducing “Blassty”: Morocco’s First Real-Time Urban Mobility App
Rabat Région Mobilité (RRM) has launched “blassty,” the first Moroccan application dedicated to organizing and optimizing urban travel in real-time throughout the Rabat–Salé–Témara metropolitan area.
This initiative aligns with the enlightened vision of His Majesty the King, which prioritizes sustainable mobility, innovation, and improving the quality of life for citizens as central elements of major development projects in the Kingdom, according to a statement from Rabat Région Mobilité.
“Blassty” is designed to facilitate the transformation of the capital into a modern, connected, and fluid metropolis. For the first time in Morocco, it offers a comprehensive and intuitive mobility experience by unifying all urban transportation modes within a single platform, as highlighted by the same source.
The application allows users to access real-time bus and tram schedules, plan their routes, and find optimal travel paths—whether for a single mode or multimodal transport—based on arrival time, distance, or cost. Additionally, users can visualize real-time parking availability and easily locate and order bike taxis.
Moreover, “blassty” enables users to find taxi stations in the metropolitan area, reserve an airport taxi with just a few clicks, view shuttle train schedules to the Prince Moulay Abdellah Sports Complex on match days, and explore iconic and tourist attractions in Rabat through integrated routes within the app.
With “blassty,” Rabat is set to become the first city in the Kingdom to offer a comprehensive, modern, and reliable digital tool that supports both residents and visitors in all their travel needs—be it daily commutes, professional trips, or tourist excursions.
