Meeting of the Council of Government on Thursday

Government Council Meeting: A government council will be held on Thursday under the presidency of Prime Minister Aziz Akhannouch, according to a statement from his department.

At the beginning of its session, the council will review a draft law concerning the organization of the profession of Adoul. Subsequently, it will examine two draft decrees; the first relates to marine aquaculture farms, while the second complements the decree implementing the value-added tax (VAT) outlined in Chapter III of the General Tax Code (CGI).

The council will continue its work by reviewing the agreement signed on June 17, 2025, between the Kingdom of Morocco and the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia regarding military cooperation, along with the draft law approving said agreement.

Finally, the council will conclude its session by examining proposals for appointments to senior positions in accordance with Article 92 of the Constitution.
