New Agency in Oulad Ali Toualaâ to Enhance Local Services of the Casablanca-Settat Regional Company

The Regional Multiservice Company of the Casablanca-Settat region has inaugurated a new office in the municipality of Oulad Ali Toualaâ, located in the province of Benslimane. This initiative reflects its commitment to enhancing local services and expanding its network in rural areas, in alignment with a strategy aimed at improving citizens’ access to water and electricity services and modernizing customer reception mechanisms.

The office was inaugurated during an official ceremony attended by the general manager of the regional company, local officials, and elected representatives. On this occasion, the provincial director of Benslimane, Mustapha Charnoubi, stated that this step “represents a new milestone in strengthening territorial development and in bringing public services closer to benefit rural populations through modern spaces and unified standards.”

The new agency will allow more than 12,000 customers to more easily access the company’s services, including residents from nearby municipalities such as Oulad Moumen, Melila, Ahlafi, Oulad Yahya Louta, Oulad Sidi Ahmed, Reddadna Oulad Malek, Lakhsasma, and Mouline El Oued. This initiative aims to reduce travel, costs, and improve the quality of service.

The agency stands out for its modern facilities and qualified staff offering various essential services, ranging from bill payments and prepaid recharge to processing connection requests and following up on applications, adhering to standards similar to those in major urban agencies.

As part of an integrated approach combining fixed proximity and mobile solutions, the company recently launched a network of 10 mobile agencies covering remote markets and neighborhoods, with 60 weekly stopovers, including a dedicated agency for villages far from the centers of Benslimane, targeting approximately 8,000 additional customers.

The company plans to continue this momentum in 2026 by opening 10 new fixed agencies and adding another 10 mobile agencies, bringing the total number of contact points to nearly 200 across the various provinces of the Casablanca-Settat region. This vision aims to establish an inclusive, efficient public service that is close to citizens.
