The primary goal is to enhance women’s participation in public life and facilitate broader dialogue with all stakeholders.

Three Main Themes to Structure the Discussions

The discussions are structured around three main themes:

  1. Exploration of the foundations and approaches to political empowerment, particularly women’s participation in decision-making.

  2. Cross perspectives on political empowerment with contributions from institutional, political, and civil actors.

  3. The representation of women in media during the digital transformation era, analyzing the opportunities and challenges within the digital space.

A Space for Exchange and Concrete Proposals

Through these sessions, participants are encouraged to share their experiences and best practices to formulate recommendations and action pathways aimed at enhancing women’s roles in political life.

Broad National and International Participation

The Forum unites members of the Temporary Thematic Working Group, parliamentarians, government representatives, and constitutional institution officials. Additionally, it includes representatives from UN agencies, international and women’s organizations, human rights advocacy groups, as well as a range of experts and researchers.
