SRM RSK Participates in the Ordinary Session of the Council of the Territorial Collectives Group
The Rabat–Salé–Kénitra Multi-Service Regional Company for Distribution participated in the proceedings of the regular session of the Council of the grouping of local authorities, held on February 3, 2026. This participation is part of efforts to enhance coordination and cooperation among various territorial stakeholders in order to improve water, electricity, and wastewater services at the regional level.
On this occasion, Ms. Fatima Guennouni, General Director of the company, delivered a detailed presentation on the main achievements since the company’s inception, focusing on ongoing programs, projects in progress, and priority actions aimed at enhancing service quality and boosting operational efficiency.
The presentation also highlighted the exceptional efforts made by the company’s teams during periods of adverse weather conditions to ensure the continuity of public services and respond swiftly to citizen requests.
The discussions during this session led to agreements on strengthening communication and coordination mechanisms with representatives, as well as adopting provincial action plans based on a precise analysis of needs and addressing complaints specific to each territory. These measures are complemented by intensified field interventions and expedited incident resolution, in a citizen-centered approach aimed at continuously enhancing service quality.
