Strong Results for LafargeHolcim Morocco in 2025

The group LafargeHolcim Maroc reported a strong social net income exceeding 1.94 billion dirhams for the fiscal year 2025, according to a statement released following its board of directors’ meeting.
The meeting took place on Tuesday under the chairmanship of Saïd Elhadi, aimed at reviewing and finalizing the company’s accounts as of December 31, 2025.
Revenue Increase Driven by Construction Sector Dynamics
The group’s consolidated revenue amounted to nearly 9 billion dirhams, representing a 9.6% increase compared to the previous year.
This growth is primarily attributed to the increased sales volumes of cement and ready-mixed concrete, supported by the positive momentum in Morocco’s construction sector.
Significant Growth in Operating Income
The operating profit also saw a notable increase, reaching more than 3.8 billion dirhams, which marks a rise of 15.8%.
This performance is based on several factors:
favorable revenue growth;
effective cost management;
the enhancement of the group’s operational performance.
These elements have allowed the company to strengthen its profitability despite a challenging economic environment.
Proposal for a Dividend of 96 Dirhams per Share
In light of the results achieved in 2025, the board of directors of LafargeHolcim Maroc has decided to propose to the general assembly a dividend distribution of 96 dirhams per share for the fiscal year.
This proposal reflects the group’s commitment to maintaining an attractive remuneration policy for its shareholders.
Towards a Name Change: Holcim Maroc
Furthermore, the board has decided to submit to the general assembly a proposal to change the company’s name.
Thus, the company may adopt the name Holcim Maroc, replacing the current name LafargeHolcim Maroc.
This change aligns with the global strategy of harmonizing the Holcim brand internationally.
