Taza Province: Ongoing Mobilization to Prevent Flood Risks

In response to the beneficial rains recently recorded in the province of Taza, the technical teams of the Fès-Meknès Regional Multi-Services Company are maintaining a strong presence on the ground through ongoing cleaning operations of the sewage system.
These interventions, carried out day and night, aim to enhance the capacity for rainwater drainage, prevent flood risks, and protect various neighborhoods of the city against any potential overflow. This effort is part of a proactive approach to anticipation, which is particularly crucial during periods of heavy rainfall.
The Fès-Meknès Regional Multi-Services Company emphasizes that these actions also aim to ensure the safety of residents and guarantee the continuity of public services under the best conditions, minimizing disruptions while preserving existing infrastructure.
Thanks to this ongoing vigilance and the mobilization of necessary human and technical resources, the competent authorities intend to embrace the positive effects of the rains while managing their potential impacts on urban fabric and the daily lives of citizens.
