The Casablanca Stock Exchange Opens Higher This Tuesday

The MASI Starts the Session in Positive Territory
The Casablanca Stock Exchange opened higher this Tuesday. Its main index, the MASI, rose by 0.41%, reaching 19,520.72 points, affirming the positive momentum observed at the beginning of the week.
Sector Index Performance
The MASI 20, which comprises the 20 most liquid stocks, increased by 0.34% to 1,542.9 points. Meanwhile, the MASI ESG, which tracks companies rated highly for environmental, social, and governance (ESG) criteria by Moody’s ESG Solutions, was up by 0.7%, reaching 1,299.88 points.
Growth in Mid and Small Capitalization Stocks
The MASI Mid and Small Cap index, reflecting the performance of small and mid-cap stocks, showed a rise of 0.75%, hitting 1,929.87 points, indicating investor interest in this market segment.
