The General Directorate of Meteorology forecasts generally stable weather for Tuesday, February 17. However, temperatures will remain relatively cold in the morning and at night, with localized frost expected in the Atlas Mountains, the Rif, and the eastern high plateaus.

Low clouds, sometimes quite dense, are anticipated during the morning and night, accompanied by mist or localized fog over the Atlantic plains.

Moderate to relatively strong gusts of wind will be recorded along the Mediterranean coast and in the Saharan provinces, with localized sandstorms possible in the latter.

Minimum temperatures will range from -2 to 5 °C in the Atlas Mountains, the Rif, and the eastern high plateaus; between 11 and 15 °C in the Saharan provinces, the Souss region, and near the coasts; and from 5 to 10 °C in the rest of the country.

Maximum temperatures are expected to increase across all regions of the Kingdom.

The sea will be calm to slightly choppy along the Mediterranean coast and slightly choppy in the Strait of Gibraltar, rough between Assilah and Cap Sim, and slightly choppy to rough along the rest of the coastline.
