Weather Forecast: Meteorological Outlook for Monday, November 17, 2025
The General Directorate of Meteorology has issued the following weather predictions for Monday, November 17, 2025:
Thunderstorms or rain showers are expected in the regions of Tangier, Saiss, Rif, Middle Atlas, the northern plains, and the northern Oriental region.
The sky will be intermittently cloudy with scattered rain in the Atlas regions, the Mediterranean coast, and the central inland plains.
A few snowflakes may fall on the peaks of the High Atlas and the northern areas of the Middle Atlas.
There will be locally strong gusts of wind in the Atlas, Oriental, and northern Sahara provinces, accompanied by dust storms in certain areas.
Minimum temperatures are expected to range from 2°C to 6°C in the Atlas, 7°C to 11°C in the Rif, eastern high plateaus, southeast, phosphate plateaus, and Oulmès, 18°C to 22°C in the southern Sahara provinces, and 12°C to 17°C elsewhere.
Daily temperatures will be on the decline.
- The Mediterranean Sea will be generally calm to slightly choppy, the Strait will be slightly to moderately rough, while the waters north of Tan-Tan will be turbulent to very rough, and the southern Tan-Tan area will be slightly to moderately rough.
