Weather Forecast for Wednesday, August 13, 2025: Decrease in Temperatures on the Atlantic Coast, Persistent Heat Inland

Here are the weather forecasts issued by the General Directorate of Meteorology for Wednesday, August 13, 2025:
– A drop in temperatures is expected in the North and Central Atlantic plains, while relatively warm to locally hot weather will persist in the interior North and Central regions, the South-East, and the inner areas of the Saharan provinces.
– Partly cloudy skies will be observed over the High Atlas and Anti-Atlas mountains, the South-East, and the interior of the Saharan provinces.
– Low clouds with misty conditions or light rain are anticipated in the morning and at night along the coasts and Atlantic plains.
– Localized persistent fog is expected during the day on the North and Central Atlantic coasts.
– Strong gusts of wind are forecasted for the Tangier region, the South-East, and the Saharan provinces.
– Minimum temperatures are projected to be around 14-18°C in the High and Middle Atlas and the Eastern Elevated Plateaus, 25-30°C in the South-East, the eastern Saharan provinces, Saiss, interior plains, and the interior of Souss, and 18-24°C in the rest of the country.
– Daytime temperatures will decrease in the Atlantic plains and the North-Western Saharan provinces, with slight increases or little variation elsewhere.
– The sea will be calm to slightly choppy in the Mediterranean, with slightly choppy to rough conditions in the Strait and along the Atlantic coasts.
