Weather in Morocco: Relatively Cold Conditions in the Morning and Night on Wednesday, February 25

Weather Forecast for Wednesday
According to the General Directorate of Meteorology, weather conditions will remain relatively cold during the morning and night this Wednesday across several regions of the Kingdom. There will be localized frost formation in mountainous areas, high plateaus, and the southeastern part of the country.
Low Clouds and Local Fog
Low clouds, accompanied by misty formations or very light local precipitation, are expected along the Mediterranean coast, particularly during the morning and evening.
Scattered Showers and Thunderstorm Risk
The sky will be intermittently cloudy, with scattered showers and a risk of localized thunderstorms over the High Atlas and its western slopes, the northwest of the Southern provinces, as well as locally in the regions of Chaouia and Doukkala.
Wind Gusts and Dust Devils
Strong wind gusts are also anticipated south of the High Atlas and within the Southern provinces, possibly leading to localized dust storms.
Decreasing Temperatures
Minimum temperatures will range from -5 to 0°C in the Atlas mountains, from 5 to 9°C in the eastern high plateaus and the Rif, and from 12 to 16°C in the Southern provinces, central coasts, and the Souss region. Elsewhere, temperatures will fluctuate between 9 and 12°C.
Daytime temperatures will see a notable decrease along the Atlantic coasts.
Sea Conditions
The sea will be calm to slightly choppy in the Mediterranean and the Strait, and will be somewhat rough to rough along the Atlantic coast, becoming significantly rough in the afternoon.
