Slight Movement of the Dirham
During the period from November 20 to November 26, 2025, Bank Al-Maghrib reported a slight depreciation of the dirham by 0.1% against the US dollar, while it remained almost stable against the euro.
No Operations on the Foreign Exchange Market
The Central Bank specified that no auction operations were conducted on the foreign exchange market during this period.
Official Reserves Almost Stable
Official reserve assets stood at 432.3 billion dirhams as of November 21. They displayed near stability from week to week, while recording an annual increase of 17.9%.
Volume of BAM Operations
The total volume of interventions by Bank Al-Maghrib reached 144.5 billion dirhams, demonstrating the continued support for banking liquidity.
New Liquidity Injections
During the auction on November 26 (effective November 27), BAM injected 70.8 billion dirhams in the form of one-week advances, thus strengthening the liquidity of the banking system.
