A Recognized Partner on the International Stage

In a press statement made during the 14th annual international conference, “The Atlantic Dialogues,” organized by the Policy Center for the New South, Mr. Amrani emphasized that Morocco is now acknowledged as a key partner, thanks to a proactive foreign policy, successful experiences, and innovative initiatives.

South-South Cooperation at the Core of Discussions

Reflecting on the discussions held during the conclave, the diplomat noted that political leaders and experts unanimously highlighted Morocco’s leading role in South-South cooperation. He specifically mentioned the initiative by His Majesty King Mohammed VI aimed at facilitating access for Sahel countries to the Atlantic Ocean, which has been praised for its strategic ambition and continental reach.

Structural Reforms as a Lever of Credibility

According to Mr. Amrani, the strength of the Moroccan model lies in the depth of the reforms undertaken in economic and social fields. He believes that this trajectory enhances the Kingdom’s credibility and its ability to forge sustainable and balanced partnerships.

Sporting Events as Catalysts

The ambassador also underscored the importance of upcoming international sporting events, considering them an opportunity to highlight Morocco’s role in promoting positive, unifying, and inclusive initiatives, particularly at the African level.

The Central Role of the Private Sector
