Gold reaches a historic high of over $3,500 per ounce.

Unprecedented times in the markets! This Tuesday, gold surpassed the symbolic threshold of $3,500 an ounce for the first time, setting a new all-time record.

The precious metal is experiencing significant demand due to a globally tense economic climate. This surge is fueled by the escalating trade war initiated by the United States, as well as the intense tensions between former President Donald Trump and the Chair of the Federal Reserve, a context that has severely shaken Wall Street.

At 7:30 AM GMT, the price of an ounce of gold was set at $3,467.87, after reaching an all-time high of $3,500.10 earlier in the day.
