Reliable Reading: A Foundation of Mutual Trust
Under the slogan “Reliable Reading, A Guarantee of Mutual Trust,” the Provincial Directorate of Fquih Ben Salah, part of the Béni Mellal–Khénifra Regional Multi-Service Company, organized an awareness session on March 26, 2026, for water and electricity meter readers as part of its ongoing efforts to improve service quality.
The meeting began with an address from the provincial director, who emphasized the crucial role played by this professional group as an essential link between the SRM and its users, highlighting the importance of accuracy and professionalism in their duties.
The session also featured the participation of a representative from a consumer protection association, demonstrating the establishment’s openness to its partners and its commitment to enhancing transparency and building trust with citizens.
The objectives of this training session included:
- Developing the skills of meter readers
- Ensuring the accuracy and reliability of data
- Improving communication quality with users
- Accompanying technological advancements in the field
This initiative is part of a continuous strategy focused on valuing human resources in line with the transformations occurring in the water and electricity sectors, contributing to the delivery of higher quality and more efficient services.
