Islamic Solidarity Games Riyadh 2025 (Futsal): Morocco Reaches Final at the Expense of Saudi Arabia

The Moroccan futsal team has qualified for the final of the 6th edition of the Islamic Solidarity Games by defeating Saudi Arabia 6-3 in the semifinals held in Riyadh on Sunday.
The first half of this thrilling match ended in a stalemate (0-0), despite a slight dominance by Hicham Dguig’s men.
In the second half, the Atlas Lions found the back of the net with goals from Yanis Reddaf, Ismail Amzal, and Sofiane Bourite, while the Saudis managed to keep pace with goals from Ihab Mohammed, Saleh El Garni, and Nawaf Arwan. In extra time, the Moroccan team clinched the victory with goals from Sofiane Chaaraoui, Driss Rais El Fenni, and Bilal El Bakkali.
In the final, scheduled for Tuesday at 5:00 PM, Morocco will face Iran, which eliminated Uzbekistan with a score of 4-2 in the other semifinal.
