Zemamra’s Revival Prevails Against Ittihad de Tanger

On Sunday, February 8th, the Renaissance of Zemamra clinched a home victory against Ittihad of Tanger with a score of 1-0 during the match held at the Ahmed Choukri Stadium in Zemamra, as part of the 11th round of the national professional football championship Botola Pro Inwi (D1).

The sole goal of the match was scored by forward Montaçer El Hatimi, converting a penalty in the 37th minute.

This victory temporarily lifts the Renaissance of Zemamra to 10th place, tied on points (11 points) with the Renaissance of Berkane. Meanwhile, Ittihad of Tanger remains in a provisional 9th place with 12 points.

The 11th round of the championship will conclude with a high-stakes match featuring COD Meknès against Raja Club Athletic.

It is worth noting that four matches have been postponed due to the participation of Wydad of Casablanca, AS FAR, Renaissance of Berkane, and Olympic Safi in African competitions.
