Expected Thunderstorms and Rainfall
Rain showers, some potentially thundery, are anticipated in the Oriental region, as well as in the High and Middle Atlas and eastern Rif areas. Partly cloudy skies with occasional light rain will also affect the plains west of the Atlas Mountains.

Foggy conditions and some localized light rain may also impact the northern and central Atlantic plains.

Moderate to Strong Winds and Dust Activity
Moderate to strong gusts of wind are forecasted for the central plains, the Souss region, the Atlas mountain reliefs, and the southern provinces. These winds could locally stir up dust clouds.

During the day, a slight increase in temperatures is expected in the Atlas mountains, the Rif, the southern Oriental region, and the southern Saharan provinces.

Sea Conditions
The sea will be calm to slightly rough on the Mediterranean and the Strait, and slightly rough to rough along the Atlantic coastline.
