Placed under the High Patronage of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, the eighth edition of the International Automotive Industry Competitiveness Show (SCIA 2026) has officially opened its doors in Kenitra. Organized by the Moroccan Association for Automotive Industry and Construction (AMICA), this major event showcases Morocco’s advancements in the automotive sector and its ambition to further enhance its international competitiveness.

SCIA 2026 marks a new phase in the evolution of the national automotive industry. Beyond the traditional subcontracting model, the sector is now shifting towards a global competitiveness mindset, integrating innovation, industrial performance, and value creation.

Held from June 24 to 26, 2026, the show features more than 200 exhibitors representing 12 countries. The entire value chain of the automotive industry is represented, ranging from equipment manufacturers to suppliers of advanced technologies and innovative industrial solutions.

According to the organizers, the investment and commercial partnership opportunities identified at this edition are estimated to exceed one billion dirhams, underscoring the economic significance of this event for Morocco’s automotive ecosystem.
