WIRKY Group: Othmane Kazouz Joins Equity Stake to Support a New Phase of Growth

WIRKY Group has taken a significant step forward in its development with the entry of Othmane Kazouz into its shareholder structure. Announced in Casablanca in July 2026, this progression reflects the technology group’s commitment to strengthening its governance and accelerating its international growth strategy.
A Promotion in Continuity
Founded in late 2019 by Cédric Plane, WIRKY Group has established itself as a key player in assisting businesses with their digital transformation projects. The group operates in several strategic areas, including enterprise architecture, cloud computing, cybersecurity, software quality, digital engineering, and organizational modernization.
Operating in Morocco, France, and Portugal, WIRKY Group employs nearly 200 colleagues and supports major companies across sectors such as banking, insurance, telecommunications, retail, luxury goods, and e-tourism.
Othmane Kazouz: A Key Player in the Group’s Development
Othmane Kazouz’s entry into the company’s capital represents an acknowledgment of his commitment since the early days of WIRKY Group. Recruited in January 2020 as one of the first employees, he has played a central role in structuring teams, optimizing operations, and developing activities in Morocco, before contributing to the group’s international expansion.
Now serving as Chief Operating Officer (COO), he oversees operations and participates in the company’s strategic direction. He is also at the helm of developing two innovative solutions: Qalion, an AI-enhanced automated testing platform, and Humatrix, a solution dedicated to managing missions, talents, and resources.
Strengthened Governance to Support WIRKY Group’s Ambitions
For Cédric Plane, founder and CEO of WIRKY Group, this development reflects a journey built on several years of collaboration. He emphasizes that Othmane Kazouz’s entry into the capital rewards long-term involvement and a decisive contribution to the company’s growth.
In turn, Othmane Kazouz views this appointment as the continuation of a collective adventure that began over six years ago. His ambition is to further drive the group’s growth, support the teams, and create greater value for clients, employees, and partners.
Artificial Intelligence at the Core of Growth Strategy
With this reinforcement of its governance, WIRKY Group is preparing for a new phase of development focused on innovation and the expansion of its activities.
The group aims to strengthen its presence in strategic markets by accelerating the integration of artificial intelligence into its solutions and services. This approach seeks to enhance the operational performance of client companies while improving the efficiency of internal teams.
Through this new organization, WIRKY Group reaffirms its ambition to continue its growth and solidify its position as a leading player in digital transformation in Africa and Europe.
