Simple Launches Simple AI: An Intelligent Banking Assistant for Enhanced Customer Experience
The Simple brand, part of the Attijariwafa Bank group, has unveiled Simple AI, an intelligent banking assistant that enables customers to access banking services and perform various transactions through generative and agentic artificial intelligence.
Accessible via text or voice command, this solution allows users to express their needs in natural language, eliminating the need to navigate through different menus in the app.
Simple AI facilitates a range of functions, including checking account information, making transfers, paying bills and vehicle taxes, as well as submitting claims and tracking their status.
The service supports six languages, including Moroccan Darija, Arabic, French, and English. Transactions that require validation are still subject to customer confirmation.
The initial rollout will commence with a select group of users to test its features under real conditions and enhance the experience before a potential wider launch.
With this introduction, Simple aims to leverage artificial intelligence to simplify everyday banking operations and streamline access to financial services. Customer data remains securely hosted within the bank’s protected infrastructures.
