Weather Forecast for Tuesday, March 4, 2025:

The General Directorate of Meteorology has provided the following weather forecast:

• Rain and occasional thunderstorms are expected in the eastern Mediterranean coast and both the north and south of the Oriental region.
• Rainfall will also be present across the remainder of the Mediterranean coast, the Tanger region, the rest of the Oriental, the Atlas Mountains, the Rif, the plains west of the Atlas, as well as the Phosphate and Oulmès plateaus.
• There will be a period of partly cloudy weather, with light showers or minimal rain in certain areas along the northern coast, central plains, southeastern regions, and the northwestern Sahara provinces.
• Snow flurries are predicted for the peaks of the High and Middle Atlas.
• Expect relatively cold weather, with frost or icy conditions in the mornings and evenings across the Atlas Mountains.
• Strong gusts of wind are likely in southern Oriental.
• Minimum temperatures are forecasted to range from 0 to 5°C in the Atlas, from 5 to 10°C in the Rif and southeastern slopes, and from 9 to 15°C in other regions.
• A significant drop in daytime temperatures is anticipated across the Oriental region.
• The sea will be slightly to moderately rough in the Mediterranean, the Strait, and along the Atlantic coast.
