TGCC Raises 1.5 Billion Dirhams Through a Private Bond Issuance

The Moroccan construction group TGCC has successfully conducted a public bond issuance amounting to a total of 1.5 billion dirhams as part of its financing plan. This operation, carried out on October 13, 2026, followed the approval from the Moroccan Capital Market Authority (AMMC) and was reserved for qualified investors.
This fundraising initiative is structured into two bond tranches, both of which will be repaid through annual linear amortizations over a five-year period.
The first tranche, fixed-rate, amounts to 425 million dirhams and is divided into 4,250 bonds, each with a nominal value of 100,000 dirhams. The second tranche, which features an annually adjustable rate, represents 1.075 billion dirhams—approximately 72% of the total amount raised—and consists of 10,750 bonds of the same nominal value.
Both tranches are tradable over-the-counter. The interest rates applicable to this operation have not been specified in the published information.
Through this bond issuance, TGCC aims to finance its development plan, diversify its funding sources, and optimize the cost of its financial resources.
With a presence in Morocco and sub-Saharan Africa, the group continues to pursue its development strategy in the construction and public works sector.
