Here are the weather forecasts established by the General Directorate of Meteorology for Monday, March 3, 2025:

– Quite cold to cold weather with frost or icy conditions expected over the Atlas Mountains, the Rif, and the southern Oriental region, especially during the night and morning hours.

– Morning mist formations are anticipated in the northern Oriental, Northern and Central plains, and near the southern coasts.

– Rain or showers with thunderstorms are expected in Souss, the Northern and Central plains, the phosphate plateaus, the Rif, the Atlas, the Southeast, the Oriental, and along the Mediterranean coast.

– Snowfall is predicted in the High and Middle Atlas regions, particularly at altitudes above 1,500 meters.

– Strong gusts of wind are expected in Souss, the northeast regions of the Southern provinces, the Atlas, the Southeast, and the Oriental.

– Minimum temperatures are forecast to range from 0 to 6°C in the Atlas and the Rif, from 10 to 16°C in the Souss and the Saharan provinces as well as near the coasts, and from 5 to 11°C in the rest of the country.

– Daytime temperatures are expected to decrease in the High Atlas and southern regions, while rising elsewhere.

– The sea will be rough to very rough in the Mediterranean, slightly rough to rough in the Strait, turbulent between Mehdia and Tarfaya, and slightly rough to rough in other areas.
