Vueling Launches New Barcelona-Agadir Air Route

Vueling, the Spanish airline, has officially launched a new direct route between Barcelona and Agadir as part of its winter schedule. The inaugural flight, identified as VY8530, landed on Sunday at 10:30 AM, marking the official start of this new air route, as reported by the airline in a press release.

This service will operate with two weekly frequencies, scheduled every Wednesday and Sunday, offering travelers from the Catalan capital more options for their journeys.

According to Vueling, the opening of the Barcelona-Agadir route is part of a broader expansion strategy aimed at strengthening the airline’s international connections from Barcelona-El Prat Airport. With this new link, the low-cost airline is solidifying its presence in the Moroccan market, where it already services the cities of Essaouira and Marrakech from Barcelona.
