Ceremony for the Awarding of the “Sports Society” Label 2025-2026 at the Technopark of Casablanca

The Moroccan Federation of Sports Professionals (FMPS) hosted an official ceremony at the Technopark in Casablanca to announce the award-winning companies of the “Sports Company” label for 2025-2026. The event featured the participation of Mr. Ryad Mezzour, Minister of Industry and Trade, alongside Abderazzak El Akkari, Director of Sports at the Ministry of National Education, Preschool, and Sports, and Mehdi Sekkouri Alaoui, President of FMPS. Business leaders and notable figures from the Moroccan sports ecosystem were also in attendance for this occasion.

The “Sports Company” label was awarded to 14 companies that stood out for their initiatives promoting physical activity and sports practice in the workplace. The winning companies include: BMCI, DXC CDG, LA MAROCAINE VIE, MARSH MOROCCO, MERCURE INTERNATIONAL OF MOROCCO, ORANGE MAROC, OUTSOURCIA, RMA ASSURANCE, SAFRAN NACELLES MOROCCO, SOCIÉTÉ GÉNÉRALE AFRICA TECHNOLOGIES & SERVICES, STELLANTIS, SUPER AUTO GROUP, UNIVERSITÉ MOHAMMED VI POLYTECHNIQUE, and TECTRA.

The candidate companies were evaluated based on several criteria, including the organization of sports events for their employees, the provision of sports facilities, the implementation of internal awareness campaigns, and their participation in financing access to sports facilities.

The award-winning companies will be allowed to display this label on their internal and external communication materials until December 31, 2026, and to benefit from preferential offers from members of the FMPS.

In his speech, Ryad Mezzour emphasized the importance of this second edition of the label, which highlights companies that have integrated sports into their corporate culture. He noted that sports are a key driver for improving productivity, workplace health, and cohesion within companies.

Mehdi Sekkouri Alaoui also remarked on the growing enthusiasm surrounding this label, stating that more leaders are realizing that physical activity in the workplace has become a critical element of effective and responsible management.
