France Takes Center Stage at the Halieutis Fair: Strengthening Cooperation in the Blue Economy and Fisheries

France’s Active Participation in the Halieutis Exhibition
France is actively participating in the Halieutis Exhibition, which will take place from February 5 to 9, 2025, in Agadir. This participation is coordinated through a dedicated space managed by the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Morocco (CFCIM). This area highlights the essential role of French companies in the blue economy, fisheries, and marine sectors, which are crucial for the sustainable future of both countries.
The French space showcases several renowned companies that are leaders in their respective fields, all attending Halieutis to share their innovations and expertise. Among these companies are Hydrokit, Diadès Marine, Aptatio, France Naissain, Geneglace, Halieutica, and many others, each contributing solutions in hydraulics, navigation, aquaculture nutrition, and shipbuilding, addressing the challenges faced by the maritime industry.
These companies, at the forefront of innovation, are providing tailored solutions to the future challenges of the blue economy, including the production of low-carbon alternative fuels and the security of maritime infrastructure. For instance, Hydrokit stands out for its hydraulic solutions, Aptatio for its 3D studies and industrial engineering, and France Naissain specializes in improving oyster quality for oyster farmers.
This cooperation also strengthens the bilateral relations between France and Morocco, particularly in the development of the blue economy. Morocco, rich in natural resources and committed to sustainability, serves as a strategic partner for France. Together, the two countries are working towards a shared economic and ecological future.
France’s participation in the Halieutis Exhibition reflects the strength of the economic ties between the two nations and their commitment to collaborate on ambitious and sustainable projects for the sea and the blue economy.
