Telephone Conversation between Nasser Bourita and Sergei Lavrov
On Friday, Nasser Bourita, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation, and Moroccans Living Abroad, held a telephone conversation with Sergey Lavrov, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation.
During this exchange, both ministers expressed their satisfaction with the strong ties of friendship and cooperation between the Kingdom of Morocco and the Russian Federation, reaffirming their shared commitment to further strengthen and deepen this partnership.
This dialogue takes place in the context of celebrating the tenth anniversary of the adoption of the Deep Strategic Partnership between the two countries, which was signed in March 2016 in Moscow during the historic visit of His Majesty King Mohammed VI.
Moreover, the two officials discussed various current regional and international issues, emphasizing the importance of continuous consultation and enhanced coordination to contribute to the promotion of global peace and stability.
