Tafraout Hosts the 13th Edition of the Festival
The town of Tafraout will host the 13th edition of the Almond Festival from April 9 to 12, 2026. This event is organized by the Louz Tafraout Association in partnership with several public institutions and private stakeholders.
Under the theme "Land of Almonds, Territory of the Future," this festival aims to highlight the agricultural and cultural heritage of the region.
An Event at the Heart of Territorial Development
The Almond Festival has become a significant national event, emphasizing the importance of the almond tree as a lever for economic, social, and cultural development. This year’s edition will also feature an official delegation that will monitor the progress of ongoing projects and launch new structural initiatives.
Promoting Local Products and Artisan Craftsmanship
As part of its efforts to foster the local economy, the festival will set up a dedicated space for cooperatives and artisan associations to showcase and sell their products. An agricultural and artisan product fair will also bring together exhibitors from various regions of the Kingdom, promoting the exchange of experiences and the appreciation of local know-how.
