Proposed Reforms in Morocco’s Criminal Justice System: A Step Towards Modernization
On January 22, 2025, the Minister of Justice presented Bill No. 03.23 to the Justice, Legislation, and Human Rights Commission in the House of Representatives. This bill aims to reform the criminal procedure in Morocco, developed in alignment with the High Directives of His Majesty King Mohammed VI. - Simplifying and Accelerating Justice: The use of conciliation will be broadened, and digital tools will be deployed to expedite judicial procedures.
