Tirzzit: Talisman Metals to Initiate Drilling in September

Talisman Metals is set to reach a new milestone in the exploration of its copper project in Tirzzit, Morocco. The company plans to launch a new drilling campaign during the first week of September 2026 to further evaluate the project’s potential.

To carry out this operation, Talisman Metals has enlisted the services of Geosond Maroc, which will be responsible for conducting the drilling work on-site. The campaign is set to encompass a total of 3,000 meters of drilling and is expected to last approximately six weeks.

### A 3,000-Meter Drilling Campaign

This new phase of exploration is designed to allow the company to gather further data on the targeted areas of the Tirzzit project. The insights gained will refine the understanding of the site’s copper potential and inform subsequent steps in the project’s development.

Thus, the planned program represents a significant step in the project’s evaluation as Talisman Metals continues its exploration activities in Morocco.

### Initial Results Anticipated by Campaign’s End

The first results from laboratory analyses are expected towards the end of the drilling campaign. Additional data will then be communicated progressively as samples collected in the field are processed.

This timeline will enable the company to gradually incorporate the findings into its project assessment.

### Tirzzit at the Heart of the Exploration Strategy

Through this drilling campaign, Talisman Metals aims to deepen its knowledge of the Tirzzit deposit and better identify areas with promising potential.

September will mark a significant new phase for the copper project. The outcomes of the work will provide the company with additional data to prepare for the next stages of its exploration program in Morocco.
