Royal Air Maroc is ramping up its fleet modernization efforts with the addition of a new Boeing 737-8, bringing the total number of this aircraft type delivered to the national carrier to six over the past six months.

Aviation Capital Group (ACG), which specializes in the management and leasing of aviation assets, announced the delivery of this new aircraft to Royal Air Maroc on October 5, 2026. This delivery is part of the airline’s fleet renewal program and aligns with the company’s ambitions to enhance its operational capacities.

This delivery marks a significant milestone for the airline’s plans in 2026. The new aircraft is indeed the sixth and final Boeing 737-8 ordered from ACG during the year.

With this latest addition, Royal Air Maroc will have incorporated six Boeing 737-8 aircraft into its fleet in just six months, showcasing the accelerated pace of its aircraft renewal process and the strengthening of its operational capabilities.

On its part, Aviation Capital Group views this sixth delivery as a significant milestone in the ongoing program with Royal Air Maroc.

Carter A. White, Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer of ACG, emphasized the importance of this step for all stakeholders while reaffirming the group’s commitment to continue supporting Royal Air Maroc in its fleet renewal and expansion efforts.

The arrival of this new aircraft comes as Royal Air Maroc continues to enhance its aerial capabilities to accommodate its growth prospects and expand its network.

The ongoing integration of new aircraft is expected to provide the national carrier with greater operational flexibility to respond to changing demand trends while supporting its ambitions for international expansion.
