Casablanca Stock Exchange Starts on a Positive Note

The Casablanca Stock Exchange opened its trading on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, with a positive atmosphere, driven by a bullish trend among the main indices.

The benchmark index, MASI, saw an increase of 0.25%, reaching 18,392.5 points.

Sector Indices Also Rise

The MASI.20 index recorded a growth of 0.19%, settling at 1,352.37 points, while the MASI.ESG gained 0.13%, reaching 1,309.43 points.

Meanwhile, the MASI Mid and Small Cap displayed the best performance, rising by 0.83% to 1,890.73 points.

Mixed Performances of Listed Stocks

On the individual stock market, several shares showed substantial increases, notably the Société Minière de Touissit, Hightech Payment Systems, Jet Contractors, Taqa Morocco, and Managem. Conversely, some stocks experienced declines, including Afriquia Industries, Sanlam Morocco, Cash Plus, Involys, and Cartier Saada.

A Return to Gains After a Down Day

This positive opening follows a decline on Monday, where the MASI had dropped by 0.54%.
