CGEM: A New Mandate Focused on “The Business in Motion”

The newly elected president of the CGEM expressed his gratitude following his election, calling this moment an “honor and a great responsibility.” He thanked the members of the confederation for their trust, particularly in himself and Mohamed Bachiri.

He stated that the new mandate will focus on strengthening the role of Moroccan enterprises as drivers of growth, investment, innovation, and job creation.

A Roadmap Centered on Impact and Collective Mobilization

The program of this mandate will revolve around the concept of “Entrepreneurs in Motion,” emphasizing a concrete impact approach, dialogue, and the mobilization of the private sector.

The stated goal is to support and accelerate Morocco’s economic transformation, which is already underway under the leadership of His Majesty King Mohammed VI.

Continuity and Recognition of Previous Work

The new president also paid tribute to his predecessor, Chakib Alj, praising his commitment and efforts at the helm of the organization.

He affirmed his desire to build on the existing foundation while infusing new dynamics, with the ambition of opening new horizons for the national private sector.
