Lions of the Atlas Return to Morocco: FRMF Announces Date and Time of Their Arrival
The Royal Moroccan Football Federation (FRMF) has announced that the national team’s delegation will arrive at Rabat-Salé Airport in the night from Saturday, July 11 to Sunday, July 12, 2026, around 1:00 AM, coming from Boston, USA.
In a statement, the FRMF praised the performance of the Lions of the Atlas, who reached the quarter-finals of the 2026 World Cup, reaffirming their status as one of the best national teams in the world.
The Federation also highlighted that Morocco was the only African and Arab nation to advance to the quarter-finals in this historic edition of the World Cup, which is the first to feature 48 participating teams.
With this achievement, the Moroccan team finished among the top eight teams in the world, further solidifying its position among the great nations of international football.
