Morocco Telecom Reports Net Group Income of 3.86 Billion Dirhams for September 2026

Morocco Telecom has reported a net group income (RNPG) of 3.86 billion dirhams as of the end of September 2026, down from 5.52 billion dirhams in the same period last year.

This decrease is primarily attributed to exceptional revenues from the agreement reached with Wana Corporate, which were recorded in 2025. Excluding this one-off effect, the group’s net income has actually increased by 4.3%.

From an operational perspective, the consolidated operating result (EBITA) exceeded 8.62 billion dirhams, while the EBITDA reached over 14.37 billion dirhams, reflecting a 4.9% increase. The EBITDA margin remains stable at 50.1%, supported by revenue growth and effective cost management.

Net operational cash flows amounted to over 7.14 billion dirhams, representing a 9.1% improvement year-on-year. Investments, excluding frequencies and licenses, accounted for 20.1% of the group’s revenues.

As of the end of September 2026, consolidated net debt stands at nearly 21.02 billion dirhams, equivalent to one times the annualized EBITDA. This level of debt remains manageable despite the payment of a dividend of 3.5 billion dirhams to shareholders in September.
