Masterduct Morocco Prepares Its Aeronautics Plant in Nouaceur

Masterflex Expands Industrial Presence in Morocco with New Production Unit

The German group Masterflex is bolstering its industrial presence in Morocco through its subsidiary Masterduct Morocco, which is preparing to launch a new production unit in the MIDPARC Industrial Zone in Nouaceur, near Casablanca. Spanning approximately 4,000 square meters, this facility will be dedicated to manufacturing technical components specifically for aerospace applications. Production is expected to commence in the fourth quarter of 2026.

This project was unveiled during the company’s inaugural participation in the Marrakech Air Show 2026, held from October 7 to 10. It is part of a strategy that combines German technological expertise with Moroccan industrial skills. The initiative aims to enhance the group’s capabilities in international markets and solidify its presence within the national aerospace ecosystem.

A 4,000 m² Production Unit in Final Phase

Located within MIDPARC, Masterduct Morocco’s future factory will focus on the design, manufacturing, and marketing of technical hoses, connection systems, and molded components made from elastomers and specific textile materials.

These components are tailored to meet the demands of the aerospace industry, a sector that is subject to stringent requirements regarding quality, reliability, and compliance with industrial standards.

According to the company, construction and industrial operations have entered their final phase. The installation of equipment, preparation of manufacturing processes, and final steps necessary for operational startup are ongoing, with production expected to begin in the fourth quarter of 2026.

This new establishment enriches the industrial fabric of Nouaceur, where a network of companies specializing in aerospace production, equipment, and subcontracting is developing.

German Expertise Combined with Moroccan Skills

To develop its operations in Morocco, Masterduct Morocco leverages the expertise of Matzen & Timm, a German company specializing in aerospace applications and a member of the Masterflex Group.

The project involves translating this technological know-how into a Moroccan industrial unit, harnessing local skills. For the group, this facility also aims to bring its production capabilities closer to its customers and support its development in international markets.

"Our ambition is to develop a competitive and reliable aerospace production unit in Morocco, combining German engineering expertise with Moroccan skills and industrial know-how," emphasizes Amine Iraoui, general manager of Masterduct Morocco.

Beyond creating a new industrial tool, this establishment reflects the group’s commitment to embedding itself sustainably within the Moroccan manufacturing ecosystem and strengthening its production capabilities in a competitive international environment.

Supply Chains at the Heart of Strategy

The development of Masterduct Morocco also addresses a major challenge for the aerospace industry: bringing suppliers closer to customers and enhancing the reliability of supply chains.

The group’s presence in Morocco will enable it to better support its clients, develop new business relationships, and explore avenues for cooperation with industrial players already established in the Kingdom.

Peter Bremer, CEO of Matzen & Timm and Masterduct, notes that this facility represents a significant step in the group’s international development. The combination of its technical expertise and the capabilities of the Moroccan aerospace ecosystem will help enhance its ability to meet market needs.

Masterduct Morocco’s participation in the Marrakech Air Show 2026 aligns with this strategy. This professional event serves as a platform to showcase the company’s capabilities, meet potential clients, and establish new partnerships within the industry.

MIDPARC Strengthens Its Position in Aerospace

Choosing MIDPARC, close to Casablanca, provides Masterduct Morocco with a foothold in an area dedicated to industrial and technological activities. The new unit will allow the group to increase its production of high-demand technical components while reinforcing its presence in Morocco.

The next steps will focus on completing the industrialization and operational preparation of the site, ahead of the anticipated production start at the end of 2026.

For Morocco, such investments contribute to diversifying aerospace activities and strengthening local capabilities in segments requiring specialized technical expertise. For Masterflex, this is a means to consolidate its international industrial framework and leverage a developing Moroccan ecosystem to support its growth.
