A second agreement has been signed with the Institution of the Mediator of the Kingdom to improve user reception and enhance the quality of administrative services.
This cooperation is part of a broader effort to bridge the gap between the administration and citizens, strengthen trust in public services, and foster a culture of accessibility and attentiveness.
Combating Corruption at the Heart of Digital Transformation
Furthermore, a third convention has been ratified with the National Authority for Integrity, Prevention, and the Fight Against Corruption to accelerate the modernization of information systems and strengthen the integration of digital technologies into mechanisms for preventing corruption.
The agreement also emphasizes the use of artificial intelligence to enhance control systems, anticipate corruption risks, and promote greater integrity and transparency in public management.
