10th Edition of the Al Omrane Real Estate Show: A Platform for Housing Solutions
Youssef El Hassani, Secretary General of the Ministry of National Land Use Planning, Urbanism, Housing, and City Policy, stated that the 10th edition of the Al Omrane Real Estate Show, held in Casablanca, serves as an opportunity to familiarize citizens with the various housing options offered by the Al Omrane Group across all regions of the Kingdom, with a particular focus on projects developed under the direct housing assistance program.
In a statement made during the opening of the show, El Hassani recalled that this program, launched in January 2024 under High Royal Instructions, follows a meeting chaired by His Majesty King Mohammed VI on October 17, 2023. Its aim is to facilitate citizens’ access to housing and enhance the momentum of the real estate sector.
The official noted that the program has registered positive outcomes since its inception, reporting 117,000 beneficiaries to date. According to him, this figure reflects the strong enthusiasm generated by this national project and confirms its success in achieving its objectives.
He added that all indicators demonstrate that the real estate sector has experienced notable momentum over the past two years, thanks to the implementation of the direct housing assistance program. This initiative has stimulated investment and revitalized the real estate market. El Hassani expressed confidence in the continuation of this positive trend in the coming months.
The opening ceremony of this 10th edition of the Al Omrane Real Estate Show concluded with a group photo of the participants, marking the official launch of this economic event that brings together key players in the housing and real estate promotion sector.
